Baramulla 24 December (KNB): Militant was killed on Thursday in an encounter which broke out between militants and security forces in Wanigam Payeen area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
As per reports reaching to Kashmir News Bureau that, the operation was carried out by the forces on the basis of specific information regarding the presence of the militants which later turned into an encounter when the holed up militants fired upon the security forces.
However, the slain militant has been reportedly identified as Abrar alias Langoo, and the other is believed to be trapped in an ongoing operation.(KNB)
