Srinagar 16 September (KNB): A man was killed on spot after being hit by a speedy tractor on Thursday in Chachumulla area of Damhal Hanjipora in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
Officials said that the pedestrian was hit by a speedy tractor, which resulted in his on spot death.
After the accident, the 35 year old deceased, identified as Javid Ahmad Ganie, son of Abdul Kadus Ganie of Chachamulla, was taken to a nearby hospital, where the doctors declared him dead on arrival. Javid Ahmad was a lone brother of seven sisters.
Officials said that a case has been registered in this regard and investigation has also been initiated. (KNB)
