‘Kashmir Online’ Mega Award Ceremony Concludes in Srinagar

Srinagar 12 October (KNB) : The ‘Kashmir Online’ got talent award ceremony was held on Tuesday at Srinagar X cafe hotel to felicitate the winning contestants with cash prize and trophies.

As per a statement issued here, the ‘Kashmir Online’ held an online competition of different categories, comprising Photography, Videography, Singing, Music and Calligraphy. “Around 1500 people of different categories participated in the contest to win the prize,” said the statement.

The statement reads that the first three winners were honoured with cash of 1 lac and trophies. “In the contest Sajad Ahmad and Sarkar secured first, while Farha Bedar secured 3rd Rank and rest of the 27 participants were provided medals and certificates.”

On the occasion, the Managing Editor at Rising Kashmir Shouib Hameed was the chief Guest and Peer Viqar-ul-Islam and Inam-Ul-Nabi were guests of honours.

On the occasion, RK managing editor Shoib Hameed lauded the efforts of ‘Kashmir Online’ for conducting such events, where the local talent get the s opportunity to explore and flourish.

CEO and founder of Kashmir Online, Dr Tanveer Padder said that Kashmir online is a dream which has been his my mind for a very long time.

“We belong to Kashmir but have been in America for the last 20 years. We are a family of doctors and we want to go back to our roots. Our idea is to make Kashmir online a hub for Kashmir and will work on multiple domains, Promote and train Kashmiri talent and connect skilled and talented youth to international consumers, which can create thousands of jobs,” he said.

He said that the aim is to rebrand Kashmir as a safe tourist destination, highlighting the beauty, hospitality, culture, and experiences of real visitors to be tempted to come to Kashmir. (KNB)
