Kashmir News Bureau Crosses 2.5 Lakh Followers on Facebook

Srinagar 20 February (KNB): A multimedia news agency, Kashmir News Bureau (KNB), has crossed more than 250,000 followers on the renown social networking website Facebook.

Founded by Malik Sajid, a veteran Journalist of J&K who also holds the position of Editor in Chief in the organization thanked people for their love and Support.

Founded just 4 years ago, KNB has reached a massive audience in the valley and has now surpassed the mark of 2.5 lakhs followers of Facebook.

About the achievement, Kashmir’s Maiden Journalist to prefer Bollywood beat, Malik Sumeed thanked the people of J&K.
He said, “Our aim has always been to engage the people of Kashmir in quality information about the social and political fabric.”

Sumeed said that under no circumstances news should have any bias.

“It is the dedication and quality journalism by our team that has made the news agency reach so many people on Facebook as well as on other social media platforms,” he said, adding, “The whole team has always tried to put forth both sides of any story in front of the people to know.”

Malik Sajid Founder of KNB said, “The agency was founded to tell the truth, at times we face criticism and at times are showered with blessing, but one thing must be always kept in mind, that the aim is to do Journalism of Courage and shall continue focussing on that.”
