Kargil Police issues Advisory for 6th Muharram

In view of the Muharram procession to be taken out on 5th August (6th Muharram) from New Taxi Stand towards Hussaini Park Kargil. The following traffic diversions have been put in place w.e.f 1015AM to 1245PM
