Kupwara 30 Sep(KNB): In a joint operation conducted by the Kupwara Police, Indian Army, two infiltrating militants have been Killed in the Kumkadiarea of Machal sector.
“Acting on precise intelligence inputs provided by Kupwara Police, the joint operation was launched to thwart the infiltration attempt by terrorists into the region, said Police official.
So far, the security forces have made significant recoveries from the encounter site, including 02 Aks assault rifles, 4 AK magazines, 90 rounds of ammunition, 01 Pak Pistol, 01 Pouch, Rs. 2100 in Pakistani currency, he further said.(KNB)
