Srinagar 08 June (KNB): Traffic Police authorities on Tuesday said that there would be no traffic movement from Srinagar to Jammu and vice versa on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway tomorrow in view of the maintenance and repairing of the road.
The official said that “Tomorrow on 09-06-2021, no vehicular movement shall be allowed from either side on Jammu-Srinagar NHW between Nashree and Jawahar Tunnel.
To keep traffic movement off the J&K NHW on Wednesday is decided in view of maintenance/repairing of the road, as per the official.
However, it is further said that no vehicular movement shall be allowed from either side on Sonamarg-Gumari road tomorrow in view of maintenance/repairing of Zoji la axis.
“Only for vehicles carrying patients for medical emergencies, Kishtwar-Sinthan road has been made operational between Kishtwar-Srinagar and vice-e-versa,” said the official. (KNB)
