J&K Government Terminates DAK President and 3 Others for Alleged Anti-National Activities

Srinagar, 22 November (KNB): The Jammu & Kashmir administration has invoked Article 311 (2) (c) of the Constitution to terminate four government employees including the president of Doctors Association of Kashmir (DAK), for their alleged involvement in anti-national and terror-related activities.

The terminated employees are:Dr. Nissar-ul-Hassan (President DAK)Salam Rather (Laboratory Bearer in Higher Education Department)Abdul Majeed Bhat (Police Constable)Farooq Ahmad Mir (Teacher)

Meanwhile, Over 50 employees have been dismissed in the last three years under the same constitutional provision.
