Srinagar 12 Dec(KNB): J&K Boys & U.P Girls are the Champions of 31st Junior National Tennisball Cricket Championship 2023 conducted at University ground Jammu.
The Championship was inaugurated on 27th of November 2023 and was culminated today on 30th November 2023. In the boys category grand finale, J&K while batting first the set the target of 65 runs in alloted overs. In reply Goa failed to chase the target and thus J&K emerged as winner by 31 runs. While as Rajasthan and U.P Jointly secured 3rd place in the Championship.
In girls Category grand Finale, U.P girls while batting first set the target of 65 runs in alloted overs and in reply J&K girls failed to chase the target and thus U.P emerged as winner by 36 runs. While as CBSC and Pondicherry girls Jointly secured 3rd place in the Championship. On the final award Ceremony of the Championship, the General Secretary of Tennisball Cricket Federation of India Mr. Imran Ahmad Lari along other officials of Tennisball Cricket Federation of India distributed the Trophies and Medals among the teams and players.(KNB)
