Srinagar 17 November (KNB): An infiltration attempt was foiled by Indian Army personnel in Uri Sector in North Kashmir’s Baramulla which prompted an execution of a search operation in the area.
As per reports, the bid to infiltrate this side by militants was foiled by alert Indian Army personnel after a suspicious movement was observed along the LoC in Uri sector.
However, after the foiling of the infiltration bid, a massive search operation was also launched to make sure the area was free from foreigner elements’ presence. (KNB)
