Srinagar 07 June (KNB): India has reported 1,00,636 daily new cases during the last 24 hours which is a lowest in 61 days, as per Union Health Ministry.
It is further said that India has less than 2 lakh daily new cases for 11 consecutive days whereas the country’s active caseload has dropped to14,01,609 on Monday.
The official data said that the daily recoveries continue to outnumber new cases for the 25th consecutive day. “Steady incline in National Recovery Rate maintained; Recovery Rate increases to 93.94%,” read an official data.
It further said that 23.27 Crores of vaccine doses have been administered so far under nationwide vaccination drive.
However, 2427 deaths have been reported in India in the last 24 hours due to Covid19.
As per the official data the government has provided more than 24.60 Crore vaccine doses to States/UTs. “1.49 crore plus doses are still available with States/UTs to be administered,” it added. (KNB)
