Srinagar 29 November (KNB): India has reported 8,309 new cases of Covid19, with 236 covid19 fatalities during the last 24 hours, as per Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
As per the ministry, a total of 3,40,08,183 covid19 patients have recovered so far in the country and 9,905 patients have been recovered in the last 24 hours across India.
“The active caseload of the country currently stands at 1,03,859, which constitutes 0.30 percent of the total cases, lowest since March 2020,” said the MoHFW.
It further said that the daily positivity rate at present is 1.09 percent, a figure less than two percent for the last 56 days. “Weekly Positivity Rate remains 0.85 percent, which is less than one percent for the last 15 days,” it added.
The ministry further said that 122.41 Cr. vaccine doses have been administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive and 64.02 Cr. total tests have been conducted so far throughout the country. (KNB)
