Srinagar 15 January (KNB): India has reported 2,68,833 new cases of Covid19, with 402 covid19 fatalities during the last 24 hours, as per Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
As per the ministry, a total of 3,49,47,390 covid19 patients have recovered so far in the country and 1,22,684 patients have been recovered in the last 24 hours across India.
“The active caseload of the country currently stands at 14,17,820, which constitutes 3.85 percent of the total cases,” said the MoHFW.
It further said that the daily positivity rate at present is 16.66 percent and weekly positivity rate remains at 12.84 percent.
The ministry further said that 156.02 Cr. vaccine doses have been administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive and 70.07 Cr. total tests have been conducted so far throughout the country. (KNB)
