Srinagar 15 June (KNB): Amid the ongoing pandemic which has necessitated the health sector to be strengthened in order to provide medical care to the affected ones, Covid Care Centres (CCC) have been established in all panchayats of Drabshalla area of Kishtwar district.
The Covid Care Centres were established under the supervision of BDO Sobia Shad in three days, says LG Manoj Sinha. He said that these centres were established in 19 panchayats of Kishtwar’s hilly Drabshalla block.
“It was a challenging task for me to establish these centres in 19 panchayats spread across hilly terrain. But I am very happy that the dedicated efforts of my entire team eventually paid off,” Sobia Shad said, adding, “Now Covid care facilities have been established and are fully capable of providing isolation facilities and treatment to the people locally.”
She further said that Covid management was a challenge and an opportunity as well to train and prepare ourselves, it has only improved our work efficiency
BDO has also made efforts to scale up vaccination drives for above 45 years.categories by way of persuasion and information campaigns.
LG tweeted that “Under the supervision of BDO Sobia Shad, Covid Care Centres were established in all 19 panchayats of hilly Drabshalla block of Kishtwar district in just 03 days.” (KNB)
