Srinagar 18 September (KNB): Several customers of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) falling in the vicinity of Hokersar area of Srinagar’s HMT have been facing a network issue for several days.
The BSNL customers from HMT’s Abu Bakar Sadiq near Hokersar told the KNB that they came across the network problem, which has persistently been faced by them for almost several days.
“We have been facing the network issue with only the BSNL and others are working smoothly. The issue has been here for 5-6 days and we are in the soup because of it,” said a customer from Abu Bakar Sadiq Lane, Hokersar, HMT.
The BSNL customers further said that the issue should be solved so that it would not be a roadblock in their routine works.
The aggrieved customers also said that the faulty network is becoming an issue with them in the current circumstance when one is relying mostly on phones. (KNB)
