Srinagar 25 May(KNB): Jammu and Kashmir High Court on Wednesday granted a bail of PDP youth wing president Waheed who was arrested by NIA on November 2020.
Shariq Reyaz lawyer of Waheed Para said, “Order of trial court set aside. Had the onerous duty to lead his defence and argue his bail appeal. Waheed walks out after more than a year in custody.”
In November 2020, The National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) youth president Waheed Parra for his links in cases involving Hizbul Mujahideen Commander Naveed Babu and suspended DySP Davinder Singh.(KNB)
