Grievance Cell: One more Landline Number added for Assistance of Complaints

Grievance Cell: One more Landline Number added for Assistance of Complaints

Kashmir 9 February (KNB): In order to cater heavy volume of calls, officials decided to add one more Landline number today.

Officials stated, “a grievance cell consisting of representatives from all the essential service departments is functional at PCR Kashmir and takes immediate steps for redressal of the grievances. The grievances received by the Grievance Cell are forwarded to the concerned Departments for redressal and a proper follow up.”

“The Grievance Cell consists of Health, Power Development department (PDD), Jal-Shakti, Roads & Buildings department (R&B), Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC), Fire & Emergency services, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (FCSCA) and Mechanical Engineering Department (MED),” officials said, adding that in order to cater to heavy volume of calls it has been decided to add one more landline number for the assistance of the complainants.

furthermore, the grievances can be registered through telephone on these numbers: 9596201110 (Mobile) and 0194-2506548 (Landline), officials stated. (KNB)
