Srinagar 29 September (KNB): Government of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday ordered for the transfers and postings of a number of Tehsildars in the UT.
The order copy lying with Kashmir News Bureau reads that In the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings are hereby ordered, with immediate effect;
Gandeep Kumar, Tehsildar R.S. Pura, Jammu is transferred and posted as Tehsildar Warwan, District Kishtwar; Akshay Rajan, Jr. JKAS, Tehsildar Warwan, is transferred and posted as Tehsildar Narheen, District Kathua; Gulshan Kumar, Tehsildar, Marheen, is transferred and posted as Tehsildar Chiralla, District Doda against a vacant post; Subuh Ahmad Shad, Jr. JKAS, Tehsildar Kahara, is transferred and posted as Tehsildar R.S. The order further said that all the transferees are deemed to have been relieved forthwith and are directed to report to their new place of posting forthwith. “Considering the requirement of field staff, in view of Covid-19 Pandemic, the transferees shall join without availing any joining time,” the order added.
