Srinagar 07 August (KNB): Gazanfar Ali, among two officers transferred and posted by the Government of J&K on Saturday, has been appointed as Director Youth Services and Sports (YSS), J&K.
Ali, a JKAS officer, was earlier on the post of Additional Inspector General of Registration, Kashmir and now has been appointed as Director Youth Services and Sports, J&K.
Besides Ali, Sajad Hussain Gania, a JKAS officer, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Additional Inspector General of Registration, Kashmir, reads the order copy lying with KNB.
However, with the posting of Gazanfar Ali as Director YSS, he will relieve Mohammad Ashraf Bhat, Special Secretary to the Government, Youth Services and Sports Department of the additional charges of the post. (KNB)
