Former SMC Commissioner eyes Parliament seat in Central Kashmir

Srinagar 05 March(KNB): Gazanfar Ali, the former Commissioner of Srinagar Municipal Corporation is likely to contest the upcoming parliamentary elections from Central Kashmir.

Ali, who has a rich background in administration and urban development, is confident of his chances in the crucial region. He was praised for his effective and responsive governance style, as well as his outreach to the local communities.

According to locals, Ali’s experience and expertise will enable him to tackle the various issues and challenges facing Central Kashmir, which comprises districts like Srinagar, Budgam, and Ganderbal and they believe that Ali will work hard to represent them on the national stage.
