Srinagar 23 April(KNB): Ghulam Nabi Shaheen, a senior leader of the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference and former Member of the Legislative Council (MLC), has passed away on his way from hospital.
He is also the father of National conference state spokesperson Sarah Hayat Shah.
