Srinagar 25 June (KNB): An encounter started on Friday between militants and government security forces in south Kashmir’s Shopian.
Officials said that a cordon and search operation was launched in Hanjinpora area of Shopian. Upon reaching the suspected spot, militants opened fire and the encounter ensued.
Moreover, Police and security forces are conduction the operation and further details will be provided, officials added. (KNB)
