Kulgam 19 June(KNB): Encounter broke out between militants and security forces on Sunday in D.H Pora area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district, Police official said.
According to reports reaching to news agency Kashmir News Bureau-KNB that, on a specific input about the presence of militants in D.H Pora, security forces launched a cordon and search operation.
They said, Hiding militants fired upon the searching party which was retaliated and triggering an encounter.
Meanwhile, Firing from the both sides is going on when the last reports came in.(KNB)
