Anantnag 09 Oct(KNB): Encounter broke out between militants and security forces in Tangpawa area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Sunday evening.
According to reports reaching to news agency Kashmir News Bureau-KNB that, on a specific information about the presence of militants, security forces launched a cordon and search operation in Tangpawa area of Anantnag district.
Hiding militants fired upon the forces which was retaliated and triggering an encounter.
