DSEK announces Winter Break

Srinagar 25 Nov(KNB): The Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has announced winter vacation schedules for schools across Kashmir Valley in response to the plummeting temperatures.

Starting from November 28, students up to the 8th standard will get their winter break, providing them respite from the chilling weather conditions.

Classes for students from 9th to 12th standard will continue until December 11, after which they too will commence their winter holidays.

This decision by the DSEK comes as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety and well-being of students amidst the intensifying cold weather conditions prevailing in the valley.(KNB)
