Srinagar 07 July (KNB): National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah on Wednesday after the demise of legendary actor Dilip Kumar said that he was peerless both in the film industry and humanity as well.
Abdullah said that he heard the saddened news in the morning that Dilip Kumar has left the mortal world. He said that the actor was a good person and was peerless both in the film industry and in humanity.
“He had love for both Kashmir and its people and often visited the valley. He used to say that he wanted to do something here but did not get an opportunity,” said Abdullah.
Dr Farooq Abdullah further expressed his condolences with the family of the deceased and prayed that the departed soul would rest in heaven. (KNB)
