Democracy is Flourishing in J&K; Srinagar, Jammu Would be Compared With Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad in 2030: Tarun Chugh

Srinagar 2 February (KNB): Bharatiya Janata Party’s National General Secretary and incharge J&K Tarun Chugh held a meeting with BJP party works at its state office J-53 Jawahar Nagar Srinagar, where he appreciated the central government’s initiatives and schemes for reaching the people.

As per a statement issued to Kashmir News Bureau, Chugh said, “BJP has reached to every corner in Kashmir and people are also appreciating our work. Modi’s thinking is linked from Panch to Parliament and we should work for progress and development,”
He also said that corruption and nepotism prompted by dynasty leaders choked development in J&K

“We will provide justice to Kashmiri mothers, brothers and sisters whose rights have been snatched by the so-called leaders,” Chugh said while addressing the party workers.

He said if one compares the 1960’s picture of Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad with Srinagar and Jammu, the difference is huge and quite obvious.
“See how Mumbai emerged as a dream city for everyone who visits it. Bangalore is a technology hub today and Hyderabad is a place where dreams come true.” he said.

J&K UT General secretary and incharge kashmir Sunil sharma said that Delhi is a metropolitan city where life moves at great speed.
“The question remains why Srinagar and Jammu remained away from development?,” he asked.

Furthermore Chugh added that Srinagar and Jammu will be taken to new heights.
“Now that democracy is flourishing in J&K, Srinagar and Jammu would be compared with Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad in 2030 and the difference will be visible.” he emphasised.

As per the statement, Manzoor Bhat, Dr. Ali Mohd mir, Dr Fareeda, Bilal Parray, Asif Masoodi, Manzor Kulgami, Sheikh Bashir, Mushtaq Norabadi, Ashok Bhat and others, were present on the occasion. (KNB)
