Srinagar 05 June (KNB): Noorbagh Srinagar youth’s dead body was recovered from river Jhelum this morning at Tenghoora’s Maloora area.
The deceased had jumped into the river on May 31 at Cement Bridge, Srinagar. He has been identified as Kaiser Hussain, a resident of Palpora area of Srinagar’s Noorbagh.
Regarding the incident, an official said that the deceased’s body was recovered after around six days after putting in strenuous efforts.
Pertinently, the body of the deceased youth would be given to his family members after the completion of all legal and other procedures, as per the official. (KNB)
