Srinagar 13 January (KNB): Fake call centres scam, which was operating in different parts of Srinagar, has been busted by the Cyber Police Kashmir after conducting multiple raids in different parts of the city, as per police.
As per the police, after the numbers of raids in Srinagar pertaining to decode the fake call centres operating in Srinagar, 20 accused persons were arrested by the police and FIR was registered in the case with the investigation going on.
The Cyber Police Kashmir tweeted that “Fake Call Centres scam decoded by Cyber Police Kashmir, FIR registered, multiple raids conducted in Srinagar and more than 20 accused persons arrested. Investigation in progress.” (KNB)
