Srinagar 26 April (KNB): A person on Monday alleged that the Covid-19 Sample Collection Centre TRC in central Kashmir’s Srinagar district is deceiving people.
He said that he along with 5 others went to the Centre to get their testing for novel coronavirus done and the first time all of us came negative.
“We decided to get the testing done again and four of us came out positive and reports of two others were negative, but surprisingly the two people who tested negative (for the virus) had not even gone through the testing process yet,” he added.
He alleged that they (Covid-19 testing Centres) are deceiving the people of Kashmir.
He further said that the authorities at these Centres have no idea how to get the testing done and the Government must take a step in order to facilitate the people here.
Another visitor, resident of Barbarshah said that the She had undergone the Covid-testing in the morning and has not received the result even after several hours.
She said, “At around 11 am I underwent the Covid-19 test and now it’s 45 minutes past 3 and my report is still pending.”
“Positive or negative patients; all are roaming around the same place, no one is maintaining any distance from each other,” she said, adding that there is no management at the Centre.
Due to these allegedly pathetic conditions at the Centre, She further said that only poor people pay the price.
She also appealed to the concerned authorities to care for the people visiting these Centres and ensure no one suffers. (KNB)
