Srinagar 22 May (KNB): Cluster University Srinagar (CUS) is going to conduct a meeting next week regarding the upcoming undergraduate examinations, said a CUS official on Saturday.
In the ongoing pandemic, as everything has been affected by the perilous disease, the education sector is also going through the same, leaving students unsettled in Kashmir whether their examinations are going to be taken. If yes, is it going to be online or offline? These are the questions students of UG 6th Semester of CUS are struggling to get an answer to.
One of the 6th-semester students said that the examination was scheduled to be taken next month, but they are not yet sure whether it would be taken offline or online given the covid19.
Students said that last year they had appeared in the examination, but the paper was objective type compared to giving examinations in the descriptive form in normal circumstances. “Is there going to be an objective or descriptive paper for us in the coming examination? We are not sure about it. The authorities should also clarify whether the examination is going offline or online. There is a lot of confusion,” said a UG 6th semester student.
However, regarding the query of students, a senior official of CUS told the News Agency Kashmir News Bureau that the meeting would be conducted next week and things will be decided there. “Whatever the decision will be, it will be notified accordingly,” the official said. (KNB)
