Budgam 21 March (KNB): Civilian was shot dead after unknown gunmen suspected to be militants open fire on him near his home in Gotpora Village of Central Kashmir’s Budgam District, officials said.
According to official, the civilian was identified as Tajamul Mohi u din Rather was shot dead by millitants near his home at Gotpora Budgam.
Meanwhile, He was immediately shifted to hospital but doctors declare him dead on arrival (KNB)
