Srinagar 29 May(KNB): The body of 24-year-old Umar was recovered from the Jhelum River on Thursday after a four-day search operation by SDRF and River Police.
Umar had jumped into the river near Zaina Kadal Bridge.
The body was handed over to the family after legal formalities, and a funeral was held in Kawdara, Srinagar, amid widespread grief.(KNB)
