Kupwara 18 November (KNB): An avalanche hits army post in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, killing one army soldier while two others got injured.
An official stated that three soldiers were injured after a mass of snow fell down a mountain slide in north Kashmir’s Tangdar sector on Wednesday morning.
As soon as the injured soldiers were located, we rushed them to a Kupwara hospital where one among the three succumbed to his injures, official said.
Official identified the deceased soldier as Nikil Sharama of 7 RR. (KNB)
