Srinagar 12 October (KNB): Another militant has been killed in the encounter in South Kashmir Shopian’s Feeripora area on Tuesday, said police.
Police said that another militant has been killed in the Feeripora encounter, which started this morning in South Kashmir Shopian. In the encounter, one militant was killed earlier by the security forces.
The total toll has reached two after security forces killed a second militant, who was engaged in gunfight with the forces.
Earlier, the IGP-K Vijay Kumar said that three militants were killed in the Shopian’s Tulran Imamsahab area. The operation had started on the evening of Monday. (KNB)
