The alliance will adopt the flag of erstwhile J&K as its symbol: Sajad Lone

Srinagar 24 October (KNB): After the ‘People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration’ meeting held at Mehbooba Mufti’s residence in Srinagar, Dr. Farooq Abdullah said that we are not an anti-national Jamat (Party), our aim is to ensure that the rights of the people of J&K and Ladakh are restored.
He said, “Attempts of dividing us in the name of religion will fail, our fight has nothing to do with religion”.
Adding that they (BJP) have tried to destroy the federal structure and tore the constitution of India
While addressing the media, it was declared that Alliance for Gupkar declaration has got a formal structure. Farooq abdullah as its President, Mehbooba Mufti as Vice President and Sajad Lone as the spokesman.
Adding that the CPI party has also joined the People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration
Sajad Lone said, “The Alliance will adopt the flag of erstwhile J&K as its symbol”. (KNB)
