Srinagar 14 October (KNB): A body of an aged woman was retrieved from the Jhelum river on Thursday at Nawakadal area of Srinagar.
The body of the elderly woman was found, as per an officer, by some locals and later on informed about the same to the concerned police station.
After that, a police team went to the spot where the body of the elderly woman was found and took it into their custody.
However, police have started the investigation and are trying to find out the identity of the aged woman. (KNB)
