Accident in Kulgam; One Army Personnel Dead, Three Sustain Injuries

Kulgam 12 March (KNB): One army personnel was killed while three others sustained Injuries after their vehicle met an accident in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.

Officials said that an army vehicle, of 9 Rashtriya Rifles met an accident while traveling near Adijan bypass of Damhal Hanjipora in Kulgum, due to which Four army men on board of the vehicle got injured.

After rescuing, all the four personnel were rushed to an army hospital, officials added.

One of the injured army personnel breathed his last while on way to the hospital, officials said, adding that the treatment of the other three is going on and are said to be in a stable condition.

Moreover, two dozers have been put to task to retrieve the army vehicle which has submerged into the stream. (KNB)
