Sopore, Aug 12 (KNB): Thousands of people on Wednesday participated in a Tiranga Rally organised by Sopore Police, with the Tricolour taking centre stage as the procession passed through different parts of the town.
The rally commenced from MET Ground, Sopore, where a large number of people, including hundreds of bikers, assembled carrying the national flag and raising patriotic slogans.
The rally was flagged off by SSP Sopore, following which participants moved through the town as part of the patriotic march.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, with people carrying the Tricolour and joining the procession in large numbers, creating a vibrant atmosphere across Sopore.
The rally was organised as part of the ongoing Independence Day celebrations aimed at promoting national unity, patriotism and greater public participation.
