Non Migrant Kashmiri Pandit injured after Militants Hurl Grenade at Gopalpora Budgam

Budgam 15 Aug(KNB): Non Migrant Kashmiri Pandit was injured after militants hurled grenade at Gopalpora area of central Kashmir’s Budgam District on Monday evening.

Locals told news agency Kashmir News Bureau-KNB, that at around 8 PM, suspected militants hurled grenade at Gopalpora area of Budgam.

The injured has been identified as Karan Kumar of Gopalpora and has been shifted to SMHS Hospital for treatment.

“Terrorists hurled grenade in Gopalpora Chadoora area of #Budgam in which one civilian namely Karan Kumar Singh got injured. He has been shifted to Srinagar hospital for treatment where his condition is stated to be stable. Area #cordoned off. Further details shall follow,” Kashmir Police Zone said in a tweet.

Taking to KNB, Medical Superintendent SMHS Hospital said, the condition of a patient is stable and is going under treatment.(KNB)
