Srinagar 14 December (KNB): One militant has been killed by government forces on Tuesday morning in Jammu’s Poonch district’s Behramgala area during an encounter.
The encounter, as per White Knight Corps, started in the forest area of Poonch’s Behramgala after a cordon and search operation was launched by Indian Army and JK Police.
However, in the encounter one militant is said to have been killed by forces. The identity and the affiliation of the slain militant is yet to be known.
Following the encounter, White Knight Corps said “the operation was launched on specific intelligence and has resulted in recovery of 1 AK 47 and 4 Magazines.” (KNB)
