Sopore 28 May (KNB): An encounter started between militants and Government security forces at Warpora area of north Kashmir’s Sopore on Friday.
Officials said that an encounter has started at wapora area of Sopore and Police and security forces are on the Job.
Moreover, officials added that further details regarding the encounter will be shared accordingly.
Pertinent to mention that earlier, joint team police and government forces launched a cordon and search operation in the area and upon reaching the suspected spot militants opened fire towards them, which was retaliated hence triggering the firefight. (KNB)
