Srinagar 11 December (KNB): Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) razed several illegal constructions at various places across the city.
A statement issued to Kashmir News Bureau said that under the supervision of Chief Enforcement Officer Ghulam Rasool, the Enforcement wing of the Corporation along with concerned Enforcement Officer and ward officer, went to the sites where illegal constructions were in the process.
“The structures, which were illegally worked upon, at places like Basharat Colony Chanapora, Nowgam Bypass, Shamasabad Bemina, and at HMT near Petrol pump, which the authorities demolished later on,” officials stated.
Officials further stated that SMC will be continuing with the demolition drives against the unauthorized constructions and will ensure that no construction without permission takes place in the city. (KNB)
