Anantnag 04 April (KNB): Independent MP Candidate from Anantnag Constituency Dr Ridwana Sanam on Wednesday visited seer hamdan, sarbal, pahalgam,and other adjourning villages and addressed hundred of farmers and daily wagers.
Ridwana expressed concern over the agriculture sector and said, “The last government has failed and neglected South Kashmir, if people will vote me, i will change direction of agriculture towards betterment.
Commenting on orchards in south Kashmir, Sanam said, “Our orchardists need cold storage facilities which have never been provided to them, It is my main thrust to provide chain of cold storage to entire south Kashmir so that maximum benefit is gained by orchardists.”
“The need of the hour is to waive off the loans of distressed farmers as weather vagaries and tough kashmir situation has hit us hard,” she further said.
