Vocational trainers allege RMSA of delaying salaries

Srinagar 15 Oct (KNB): Vocational trainers alleged RMSA (Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan) department of delaying their salaries from last six months.

According to Vocational trainers “the concern department RMSA is delaying salaries from last six months, because our salaries have been looted by some private companies who were hired by RMSA to regulate the working of vocational trainers in Higher secondary’s of J&K , besides that salaries were also being disbursed by these companies of different trades of vocational Education”.

While talking to Kashmir News Bureau one trainee said, “this year Govt decided to discontinue the services provided by these companies to reduce the maintenance costs and every VT of J&K approached to RMSA Department for salary issue but the department totally denied to release their salary.”

According to VT’s, “when they approached RMSA department,  they have already released salary to vocational trainer partners (VTP’s).” However, despite that company is not accepting their concern regarding that so both RMSA as well as VTP’S are manipulating the sentiments of vocational trainers.

Another VT trainer said, “We are being looted by both the parties RMSA now (Samarga Shiksha Abhiyaan) as well as Vocational trainer partner’s for their vested interests”.

Every vocational trainer is in dilemma that what should be our future should we get away from the system or should we sustain!  he added.

When Kashmir News Bureau contacted RMSA official he saidthat he already directed these companies to early release the pending salaries of Vocational Trainers. (KNB)
