Anantnag 16 June(KNB): An unidentified militant has been killed in an ongoing encounter with security forces in Hangalgund area of Kokernag of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district, Police said.
An Official sources told news agency Kashmir News Bureau-KNB, that a militant has been killed so far in ongoing at Hangalgund Kokernag adding the identification of militant is yet to known.
Earlier, On a specific input about the presence of militants in Hangalgund Kokernag of Anantnag district, security forces launched a cordon and search operation in the area, the militants fired upon the forces which triggered in an encounter.(KNB)
