Baghdad 21 January: At least 28 people were killed and more than 70 injured in a two suicide bomb attack in Iraq’s capital Baghdad on Thursday morning.
“Brigadier General Hazem al-Azzawi, the director of Baghdad Operations Command that a double explosion hit a crowded market in the Bab al-Sharji area near Tayaran Square,” Aljazeera quoting Iraq News Agency.
However, the casualties reported in the suicide attack is believed more than the figure cited here.
