Pulwama 03 June(KNB): Two militants were killed in a anti-militancy operation on Monday in Nihama area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district, Police said.
According to official sources, an ongoing encounter in the Nihama area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district resulted in the death of two militants.
The security forces launched a cordon and search operation in response to specific intelligence about the presence of militants in the area.

During the operation, the militants opened fire on the search party, leading to an exchange of gunfire. As a result, the security forces killed two militants. However, their identity and group affiliation are still being ascertained.(KNB)
