Chandigarh 04 June(KNB): Two Kashmiri Students were suspended by Swami Vivekananda group of institutes (SVIET) over fight in hostel Mess in Banur area of district Patiala.
According to students, instead of taking action against the accused who thrashed us with sticks and stones, authorities suspended two Kashmiri Students- adding this is not a first time they beat us as it is a routine for them but college authority is not taking any action against them.
Talking to News agency Kashmir News Bureau-KNB, Dr. Pertik Garg Principal of Sviet College said, “we received a complaint from hostel Warden against those students over fight in hostel Mess, we have suspended two students till inquiry will be completed.
“We are investigating the matter, will share the details with you in couple of days,” he said.(KNB)
