Poonch 18 March (KNB): In a heartrending incident, five members of a family were killed in Pakistani shelling in Mendhar sector of Poonch District on Sunday morning.
According to reports reached to KNB, Mohammad Ramzan, his wife and three sons were killed.Two daughters are injured.
This incident has come at a time when diplomatic tensions are high between India and Pakistan.
Pertinently, Chief Minister tweeted – “Anguished to hear of five people losing lives in the crossfire along the loc in Balakot Sector of Poonch . My deepest condolences to their family”.
This gruesome episode has Anguished people and spread a pale of gloom in the entire state .
Since past few years the ceasefire agreement between India and Pakistan has collapsed, according to ground analysts.
The worst brunt of India Pakistan tension is being bore by the people living on borders in both countries.(KNB)
